When I was a teenager, my father passed away. Overnight, the safe, predictable world I knew completely collapsed. I wasn’t mature enough to understand what was happening, nor was I equipped to handle it.
To make matters more colorful, reality kicked me out of my bubble straight into the real world. Relatives suddenly discovered they had urgent business elsewhere and vanished. My finances plummeted, my physical health tanked, and my grades followed suit. Whenever I asked questions, I was met with insults instead of answers. I kept searching for a safety net, only to realize I was falling through empty air.
People often say, "You didn't give up!"—as if I had a strategic backup plan. Truth is, you only give up when you have choices. I had zero choices. I had no safety net, no mentor, and no option except to keep moving.
For the next eight years, I went through a masterclass in survival. I worked odd jobs earning absolute peanuts, paid off enormous debts, and tried patching up broken friendships. My turning point came when I stopped waiting for someone to save me and started investing in myself. I read relentlessly, observed human nature, and focused on self-development.
Eventually, my career stabilized and my income improved. But I was still overweight, exhausted, and feeling like something was fundamentally missing. Writing my first book, gave me a temporary boost, but life quickly reminded me that real transformation isn't a one-time event. That realization led me to two things that changed everything: Yoga and the Mountains.
Practicing yoga and trekking through places like Kedarkantha, Tungnath, and Chandrashila stripped away the noise. Standing on a mountain peak after years of uphill struggle has a way of putting life into perspective. I qualified as a certified Yoga and Meditation Trainer, not to pose on social media, but to master my own mind and body.
I built this platform to share the raw, practical lessons I’ve gathered from books, hard mistakes, and high altitudes. I practice, fail, learn, and experiment so you don't have to start from scratch.
If you are looking for practical ways to live with less drama, build resilience, and live fully—welcome. You’re in the right place.
